Eagle River Water & Sanitation District is requesting Statements of Qualification from experienced and qualified firms to provide consulting engineering services for wastewater planning and other miscellaneous support services. The intent of the project is to assist with the permit renewal process and to develop a holistic, cost effective, long term capital improvement plan for handling and treating wastewater at three facilities that will meet future growth and regulatory requirements through 2030.
Interested parties may submit questions concerning the nature of the engineering services, the project, and district expectations for submittals until 4 p.m. MDT May 15; answers will be issued by May 22. The deadline to submit Statements of Qualification is 4 p.m. MDT June 5, 2015.
