NOTICE CONCERNING PROPOSED BUDGET OF EAGLE RIVER WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Eagle River Water & Sanitation District for the ensuing year of 2020; that such budget includes budgets for its subdistricts, specifically the Vail Water Subdistrict and Bighorn Terrace Subdistrict; and that a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the District at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection; and that such proposed budget will be considered at the public meeting of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado on November 21, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget, inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto.

NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONSIDER RATE INCREASE FOR EAGLE RIVER WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the District’s wastewater and water service rates at an open public meeting to be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from James Wilkins, at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado (telephone: 970-476-7480).
