NOTICE CONCERNING PROPOSED BUDGET OF UPPER EAGLE REGIONAL WATER AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of UPPER EAGLE REGIONAL WATER AUTHORITY for the ensuing year of 2022; that a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the Authority at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection; and that such proposed budget will be considered at the public meeting of the Board of Directors of the Authority to be held via Microsoft Teams on November 18, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. Any elector within the Authority may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget, inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto.

NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONSIDER RATE INCREASE FOR UPPER EAGLE REGIONAL WATER AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority (“Authority”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Authority shall consider increasing the Authority’s water service rates at an open public meeting to be held at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020, via Microsoft Teams.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from the secretary to the board (telephone: 970-476-7480).
