NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the District’s wastewater and water service rates at an open public meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter.
