Notice of Public Hearing to Consider New Irrigation Account Impact Fee
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority (“Authority”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Authority shall consider increasing the Authority’s cash in lieu of water rights fees and the addition of a water service impact fee for new irrigation accounts at a public hearing to be held at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from John McCaulley, at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado (telephone: 970-476-7480).
