PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Work Session of the Boards of Directors of the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District and Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority, Eagle County, Colorado, will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Avon Wastewater Treatment Facility at 950 W. Beaver Creek Blvd. in Avon, CO. The Boards will participate in a pre-construction tour of the Avon Wastewater Nutrient Upgrade project.
