NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority (“Authority”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Authority shall consider increasing the Authority’s water system impact fee at an open public meeting to be held at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter.
