Fill out this form if you believe there is a discrepancy in the irrigated area of your property.
The irrigated area of your property is determined using mapping software and high-quality areal imagery. There can be errors with this method on properties that have trees, native vegetation, or multiple accounts.
We will work with customers to ensure that your irrigation account is being billed accurately based on a reviewed irrigated area. In some cases, a field visit may be required to verify irrigation zones and understand the full extent of the irrigated landscape.
Please fill out this form and provide the necessary documentation of the irrigated area. While we do our best to process requests quickly, please allow up to 4 weeks to complete the process. Any necessary billing adjustments will be made promptly upon completion of the review.
Please provide documentation to support the proposed new irrigation area. Documentation must show the area irrigated with the account listed above, along with geographically identifiable information such as street(s), building(s), etc.
