      The Eagle River Water & Sanitation District is a local government that provides efficient, reliable water and wastewater service to its customers from east Vail to Wolcott. The District conducts its operations in an environmentally sound manner, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while also forging strong partnerships within the recreation and tourism-based community.

      Customer information for Eagle River Water & Sanitation District
    • Customer Service

      The Customer Service department provides customer support and utility billing services Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Online payments or an automated telephone bill pay system are available 24 hours a day. Customers can also call customer service at (970) 477-5451 to speak to a representative for questions about metered use, to request new construction information, transfer service, and more.
