Customer Service office closed
November 11, 2022 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The customer service office is closed Friday, Nov. 11, in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. The closure includes billing and customer service, as well as routine field operations. Customers may make a credit card payment anytime online, by phone (call 970-476-7480 and press 1) or by using the payment drop box at the Vail office (846 Forest Road).
Water and wastewater facilities operate uninterrupted every day.
To report a water or sewer emergency, call 970-476-7480 at any time of day and press “4” to be redirected to an answering service that will contact the correct employee(s) to assist.
Normal business hours resume Monday, Nov. 14.
