NOTICE CONCERNING BUDGET AMENDMENT for UPPER EAGLE REGIONAL WATER AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested parties that the necessity has arisen to amend the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority’s 2020 Budget; that a copy of the proposed Amended 2020 Budget has been filed at the Authority’s office, 846 Forest Road, Vail, Colorado, and that such budget is available electronically for public inspection; and that adoption of a Resolution to Amend the 2020 Budget will be considered at a public meeting of the Board of Directors of the District to be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. Any interested person(s) may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the Resolution to Amend the 2020 Budget, inspect and file or register any objections thereto. Anyone interested in attending the virtual meeting can request login information by contacting the secretary to the board at 970-476-7480.
