Easements

Water or sewer facilities to be accepted by the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District (District) or Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority (Authority) must be located within a municipal right-of-way or dedicated utility easement, in accordance with the applicable Water or Sewer Standard Specifications.   Descriptions of required easements for new or modified systems must be submitted to the Construction Review Team with system designs for Construction Plan Approval.  Easements must be dedicated to the District or Authority prior to Final Acceptance of water or sewer facilities.
