Development Approval Process
The owners of proposed developments requesting service from the District or Authority must obtain approval prior to connection to the public system. The approval process includes the following steps:
1. Inclusion into the service area boundary(ies);
2. Water Rights Dedication adequate to serve the proposed uses; and
3. Approval and acceptance of infrastructure.

New customers may be subject to fees and other encumbrances recorded against the property, in accordance with Appendix A of the Rules and Regulations. Tap fees, treated water storage fees, and plant investment fees, if applicable, are due from the customer prior to service connection.
