Treated Water Storage Dedication

Customers owning property to receive water service from the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District (District) or Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority (Authority) must dedicate treated water storage sufficient to serve the development’s water demands and uses .  Where a new water storage facility is needed to serve the proposed development, the owner will construct the facility to District specifications and approval requirements and deed the completed facilityto the District or Authority for perpetual operations and maintenance.  Where new development can be served by existing or regional water storage facilities, or at the discretion of the District or Authority, the owner may pay a treated water storage fee at the rate in effect at the time of payment.  The fee is due prior to time of connection.  For more information on Treated Water Storage Dedication, contact the District’s Regulations Administrator, Fred Haslee, fhaslee[AT]erwsd[DOT]org.
