Properties to be served by the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District (District) for sewer and properties to be served in the Vail and Wolcott areas for water and/or sewer must be included in the District boundary.  Application for inclusion is made to the District Board of Directors.  Contact the Administration Manager, Leslie Isom, lisom[AT]erwsd[DOT]org, for more information. 

Properties to be served by the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority (Authority) for water must be included in the boundary of an Authority member metropolitan district or the Town of Avon.  Application for inclusion is made to metropolitan districts through their representative, Robertson & Marchetti, P.C.  For more information, please contact:
