The regulatory document "Rules and Regulations for Water and Sewer Service" can be found by clicking on the Water & Sewer Service Regulations tab. This document describes the requirements to be met to receive new and continued water or sewer service from the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District or the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority. The version of the document posted here is currently in effect. For copies of previous versions and their effective dates, please contact the District Regulations Administrator.
The Developer Approval Process tab will take you to information describing the requirements for new developments requesting connection to or service from the District's or Authority's systems. In this section you will find instructions on including into the District's or Authority's boundaries, required developer fees and dedications, ability to serve letters as may be required by other approval entities such Eagle County, approval of new water and sewer infrastructure construction, and easements and encroachments. The Forms tab will provide you with applications, submittal requirements, and contacts you will need throughout the developer approval process.
