The Eagle River Water & Sanitation District (District) has been dedicated to helping its employees fulfill their goals of homeownership in the Vail Valley for over a decade. The District has helped numerous employees purchase their first homes through a variety of programs, including down payment assistance.
The District has employee housing available for purchase or rent by employees. These units are varied in size and are subject to Deed Restrictions upon purchase. The majority of our units are two bedrooms and most have a one car garage. The average square footage among all units is 1196 sq. ft. Purchase prices and rental rates are set according to District standards, and are well below open market prices.
Housing is located in the Avon, Eagle, Edwards, Gypsum, and Vail areas.
